




Job Summary: Ensure inventory control and accuracy through the management of receipts, shipments, cycle counts, and variance analysis, guaranteeing product availability and operational efficiency. Implement improvements in inventory processes Job Objective Ensure inventory control, accuracy, and reliability through proper management of receipts, shipments, cycle counts, and variance analysis, guaranteeing product availability and operational efficiency. What will you do in this role? * Coordinate and supervise inventory control in the warehouse * Conduct and follow up on **cycle and physical counts** * Analyze inventory discrepancies and propose corrective actions * Manage merchandise receipts and shipments (ERP or internal system) * Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) * Coordinate warehouse staff on inventory-related matters * Generate control reports and KPIs * Identify risks related to shrinkage, expiration, or stockouts * Implement improvements in inventory processes What we are looking for in you * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field) * \+2 years of experience in inventory control * Warehouse experience (pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or distribution industries preferred) * ERP / inventory system proficiency * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting) * Knowledge of cycle counting and shrinkage control Key Competencies * Organization and attention to detail * Numerical analysis * Operational leadership * Results-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
