




Lead Administrator in the Business Development Center department for the agency. Responsible for tracking customers through sales advisors. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the BDC coordinator and collaborate with sales advisors. MAIN FUNCTIONS * Contact customers (by phone or in writing) * Properly apply BDC guidelines and formats. * Reassign customers based on customer ownership policy. * Submit results report to BDC coordinator. * Results meeting with General Management. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES · Education: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree. · Experience: Interpersonal communication and database management. · Service-oriented attitude. · Data analysis, collection, and interpretation. · Oral and written communication skills. Teamwork, decision-making.
