Proficiency in design software such as ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** To develop packaging products that address customer needs through analysis of their product characteristics and shipping specifications, thereby ensuring compliance with those requirements. **Requirements:** Education: Intern or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or related field. Gender: No preference. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in design-related areas. **Responsibilities:** - Structural packaging development - Technical support during project scoping - Customer service - Release of projects to the production department, conveying all product-specific requirements and expectations. **Activities:** - Preparation of drawings containing material specifications, dimensions, and required inputs for project development, to facilitate quotation. - Preparation of quotations for tooling and engraving required for project development. - Support to the sales department during customer visits for needs assessment or project scoping. - Development of packaging prototypes based on measurements, size, weight, number of parts, material type, and customer product requirements. - Request physical prototype fabrication for customer presentation. - Support to the sales department during customer visits for needs assessment or project scoping. - Active participation in the SOL Program (Safety, Order, and Cleanliness), complying with established guidelines to maintain a safe, orderly, and clean work environment. **Knowledge of:** - Structural design software (ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) - Office suite - Blueprint interpretation - Measurement tools (tape measure) - Graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDRAW) - Product knowledge - Employment type: Full-time - Salary: $13,423.00 per month - Work location: On-site employment
