**Operational Distribution Coordinator (Temporary with potential for permanent position)** **Guadalajara – Álamo Industrial Park** **GUNA**, a leading company in **distribution and logistics of fast-moving consumer goods**, is seeking: ### **Requirements** * Minimum education: **Completed High School Diploma** * Minimum **1 year of field supervision experience** * Preferred experience in direct distribution, retail channel, delivery, or logistics * Knowledge of operations in traditional trade channel stores * Proficiency in managing and implementing **route strategies** * **Valid driver’s license** * Flexible availability to work various shifts ### **Responsibilities** * Ensure departure, arrival, and **route monitoring** for deliveries. * Guarantee **accurate daily sales settlement** at the cash register upon closing operations. * Monitor **critical routes** and ensure on-time delivery compliance. * Ensure complete deliveries meeting requirements for **time, quantity, quality, and condition**. * Verify that **loading and unloading of vehicles** complies with established procedures. * Coordinate with the commercial department to follow up on **customer rejections and returns in the field**. * Maintain healthy personnel management indicators: * Turnover * Absenteeism * Medical leaves * Workplace incidents * Develop and strengthen the delivery team to achieve operational objectives. ### **We Offer** * **Base salary:** **$16,000** gross per month * **Performance bonus:** **$6,000** *(Guaranteed for the first 2 months)* * **Weekly payments** * Payroll processed through **BANORTE** * Statutory benefits * **100%** social security contributions ### **Schedule** * **Monday to Saturday:** 6:30 a.m. until completion of route * **Day off:** Sunday **Application** Interested candidates must apply via this channel with an **updated CV or completed application form**.
