HYDROCALIDA COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF DELI MEATS IS SEEKING A **SPECIALIZED OPERATOR FOR THE PACKAGING AREA.** **Job Objective:** Operate and supervise the proper functioning of thermoformers, slicers, coders, and scales within the area, as well as manage documentation control of processes and supervise assigned personnel. **Responsibilities:** Attendance taking and inspection of the previous shift’s work area. Assignment of personnel to their respective positions. Adjustment of equipment parameters according to product type. Monitoring of product quality. Monitoring of raw materials to be processed. Completion of control points. Label creation. Completion of traveler sheets. Verification of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Training of newly hired personnel in the area. Delivery and receipt of packaging materials. Supervision and training of newly hired personnel. Changing formats on various machines. Changing packaging materials on equipment. Recording of finished product pallets. Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area.
