Prevent situations that may endanger employees and customers. Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and detect suspicious behavior. Ensure security cameras are functioning properly. Ensure protection of the store's assets. Supervise the implementation of established security measures in displays (sensors, fitting room locations, merchandise presentation). Establish measures to reduce shrinkage due to theft. Supervise and ensure proper transfer of merchandise between stores. Supervise that store openings and closings are performed correctly. Identify and reduce risk points. Establish procedures for internal purchases. Establish procedures for handling internal theft and customer theft.
