**Job Objective:** Process product or service payments accurately and efficiently, providing courteous customer service and ensuring proper handling of cash and other payment methods. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record sales in the system and issue payment receipts. * Receive payments in cash, by card, or through other authorized methods. * Verify prices, promotions, and applicable discounts. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the cashier area. * Perform daily cash counts and deliver reports to the relevant department. * Resolve basic customer inquiries and refer special cases. * Assist in arranging products near the checkout area. * Comply with security protocols for handling valuables. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Desired experience in customer service and cash handling. * Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems (SOFT RESTAURANT). * Numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude. **Working Conditions:** * Direct supervision: Store supervisor or administrative manager. * Uniform provided by the company. * Training in cash handling, customer service, and loss prevention.
