Job Summary: We are seeking a Document Management Specialist to plan, organize, control, and safeguard technical, administrative, and safety documentation, ensuring its traceability and organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the life cycle of occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation. 2. Handles plant access registrations, permits, and work plans. 3. Controls staff training (DC3) and medical certificates. GRUPO GUERRERO CONTRERAS IS SEEKING: **DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST** Plan, organize, control, and safeguard technical, administrative, and safety documentation (both physical and digital), ensuring traceability, validity, and organization of records within the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, aligned with the company’s document management program. **Main Responsibilities** * **Document Management** * Design and maintain physical and digital filing systems for OHS documentation. * Manage the document life cycle (receipt, processing, organization, preservation, and final disposition). * Manage plant access registrations for NISSAN, COMPAS, CONTINENTAL, and DONALDSON. * Handle attachments, construction permits, and work plans. * Request and track induction courses at plants. * Manage biometric data for facility access. * Prepare and control staff identification badges. * Monitor doping testing procedures. * Knowledge of DC3 (control, management, and validation of training certificates). * Manage and control staff medical certificates. * Update and monitor the matrix of personnel who have completed training courses. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Technical degree in Document Management or related administrative fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in document management roles. * **Skills:** * High level of organizational ability. * Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, document management platforms). * Ability to work effectively in teams.
