Medical Life, we are a 100% Mexican medical and health services provider with over 20 years of experience in the sector, is looking for: HR COORDINATOR **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Psychology * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (Saturday half shift) * Experience in recruitment and personnel hiring processes, preferably in the healthcare field * Experience in personnel management and administration, labor relations, handling resignations, settlements, and contract terminations * Knowledge and experience in conflict resolution and organizational climate **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Filling vacancies within the assigned area * Management and safekeeping of employee records * Proper compliance with the Federal Labor Law and labor relations * Handling and processing of resignations, settlements, and contract terminations * Processing employee hires and terminations, uniform distribution, badge requests Interested candidates should apply through this platform.
