Assigning staff to their respective positions. Adjusting equipment parameters according to the product. Monitoring product quality. Monitoring raw materials to be processed. Completing control checkpoints. Preparing labels. Filling out traveler sheets. Verifying compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Training new hires in the department. Handling delivery and receipt of packaging materials. Tracking and training new hires. Changing formats on various machines. Replacing packaging materials on equipment. Recording finished goods pallets. Ensuring order and cleanliness within the work area.
