**Vacancy: Head Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper / Autohotel** We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to join our team at Suites and Villas. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **Head Housekeeper** or in a similar position within the hospitality industry. **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and team supervision. * Knowledge of cleaning procedures, handling of chemical supplies, and laundry processes. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. **Location:** * **Workplace:** Km. 201, Mexico–Querétaro Highway, El Marqués, 76261 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. * Candidates must have easy access to this location. **Schedule:** * Monday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with **one rotating weekday off**. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and valet staff (approximately 15–20 people). * Train, coordinate, and support staff in their daily duties. * Inspect and ensure rooms are immaculately cleaned and presentation-ready; **a room is released only upon approval by the Head Housekeeper**. * Monitor inventories of cleaning supplies and chemicals. * Ensure timely replenishment of laundry items and that all necessary supplies are available. * Report and follow up on maintenance issues with the maintenance department. * Coordinate staff shifts and task assignments. **Compensation:** * $15,000.00 net monthly salary * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,999.00 – $15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you able to commute to the company’s location without difficulty? * How many years of experience do you have as a head housekeeper or in a similar role within the hotel industry?
