If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally, we want you on board! **Responsibilities:** * Procurement and distribution of materials to internal customers. * Physical delivery of purchase orders and/or invoices to the purchasing manager. * Internal logistics. * Attach daily material dispatch lists to completed ODPs. * Record and maintain control of equipment, materials, and products entering and exiting the warehouse (receiving and dispatch logs). * Daily inventory updates for warehouse control (material entries and removals in Excel database). * Report damaged goods to Purchasing upon unpacking for replacement. * Assist in classification, coding, and labeling of incoming goods. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace. * Label vinyls. * Prepare and deliver reports on available and missing parts. * Perform any other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor to meet operational needs. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a warehouse worker (minimum 1 year). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * File archiving experience. * Inventory management experience. * First-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory handling. * Knowledge of industry-related materials. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
