Reporting to the **Warehouse Manager**, the **Warehouse Supervisor** will oversee staff for receiving, storing, and picking materials for the production line; ensure adherence to procedures across these areas; and guarantee proper use of work tools. **What a typical workday looks like:** * Supervise shipping, receiving, and distribution of goods. * Shift handover for receiving and delivery. * Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. * Conduct quality control checks on all received products prior to storage or distribution. * Maintain appropriate inventory levels in the warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency. * Ensure the warehouse is maintained efficiently, orderly, and safely. * Manage procurement and production planning. * Oversee three shifts. **Experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Engineering degree or related experience. * Industrial sector experience preferred. * Experience in this position or similar roles. * Inventory management experience. * Knowledge of inventory handling and control, Kanban system, pull system, kitting, full reel, drip delivery, supermarket, and receiving. * FIFO inventory management. * Basic English. * Experience in receiving and material picking areas. * Advanced Excel. * Baan knowledge. * Personnel management. * 5S. * Experience with external warehouses. * Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. **What you’ll receive for your outstanding work:** * Competitive salary. * Life insurance and major medical expense insurance. * Above-average Christmas bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund.
