If you have experience in warehouse operations and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to meet you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods). * Lead the operational team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and evaluating performance. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety, and hygiene standards. * Maintain inventory control and accuracy through cycle counts and audits. * Implement improvements in warehousing and logistics processes to enhance efficiency. * Generate key operational reports and metrics (KPIs). * Coordinate activities with departments such as procurement, logistics, and production. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field (mandatory; degree required). **Minimum Experience:** 3–5 years in similar positions (warehouse coordinator, manager, or team leader). **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP, SAP, etc.) * Inventory control and distribution logistics * Logistics performance indicators (KPIs) * Safety standards and material handling practices **Skills:** * Leadership and teamwork * Organization and decision-making * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
