We are seeking our **Store Leader** to join the founding team. **Reports to**: 56 70 00 44 67 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: * **Competitive salary:** $15,120 gross * **Productivity Bonus:** $0 to $6,940 (starting from the 4th month, based on store performance targets). * **Punctuality and Attendance Bonus:** $500\. * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot). * **Savings Fund:** 3%. * **Savings Box:** (Available from the 4th month). * **Life Insurance.** * **Extras:** Complimentary uniforms and a genuine career advancement plan. * **Weekly payroll.** REQUIREMENTS: * **Education:** Technical degree and/or Bachelor’s degree * **Experience:** 2–3 years in roles such as Store Manager, Supervisor, or Retail Store Leader. * **Knowledge:** Retail sales management, inventory control, customer service, and personnel management * **Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Personalized Customer Service:** Address inquiries and assist customers on the sales floor (30% of time). * **Operational Management:** Supervise cash reconciliations, sales reporting, and invoicing. * **Inventory Control:** Ensure adequate stock levels, validate periodic inventories, and manage price changes. * **Leadership:** Handle team-related incidents (absences, tardiness) and foster a positive work environment to reduce turnover. * **LOPE Standards:** Guarantee compliance with Cleanliness, Order, Pricing, and Stock Availability standards.
