A rapidly growing gravel bicycle and accessories brand is seeking a Store Manager: * Supervise and ensure achievement of sales targets * Manage product inventory, suppliers, and sales * Adhere to company policies and regulations * Train new branch staff in accordance with company policies and procedures * Implement strategies to increase transaction volume and enhance customer shopping experience * Report progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback to supervised staff * Preferred experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle * Cash register closing and reconciliation, petty cash management, and expense verification for accounting * Organized and proactive in achieving objectives * Availability to rotate shifts from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts and preferential pricing * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
