We are seeking a **Branch Manager** with operational and strategic experience to lead one of our units, ensuring sales performance, service quality, and flawless operations. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the branch’s full operation (sales, customer service, inventory, and personnel). * Guarantee quality, hygiene, and service standards. * Manage inventory, track incoming/outgoing goods, and monitor shrinkage. * Supervise product display, stock levels, and merchandise rotation. * Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve goals. * Implement strategies to optimize processes and results. * Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries. * Prepare operational and financial reports. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or in restaurants. * Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and KPI tracking.
