





### **Position Purpose** Design, develop, and implement packaging material projects, leading continuous improvement processes, sustainable initiatives, supplier validation, and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational efficiency. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end packaging project development: research, design, testing, and implementation. * Evaluate and apply new sustainable technologies in materials and processes. * Coordinate with Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Engineering departments on project execution and packaging changes. * Prepare technical specifications, test reports, and legal documentation. * Manage supplier approvals and material validation. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. * Participate in continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives. ### **Performance Indicators** Adherence to project implementation timelines. Cost savings generated through improvement or sustainability initiatives. Successful validation of suppliers and materials. Complete and up-to-date technical documentation. ### **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in Research and Development, Quality, or Production within the food or consumer goods industry. **Knowledge:** * Primary packaging (polymers) and secondary packaging (corrugated) * SAP * BPM’s * Manufacturing processes in the food industry * Document control and sensory analysis **Language:** Intermediate to advanced English **Travel availability:** Occasional ### **What We Offer:** Opportunities for growth in innovation and sustainability projects Collaborative environment with a strong technical focus Participation in improvement and efficiency initiatives
