If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- *To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a* ***Manufacturing Engineer*** *located in* ***Aguascalientes.*** *The Manufacturing Engineer role involves* *plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle.* **What a typical day looks like:** * ***Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques*** * **2 years of experience in new products development.** * ***Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.*** * ***Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.*** * ***Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of equipment failures and develop hands\-on maintenance skills.*** * ***Work with other engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving and continuous improvement to the design of equipment and products and may develop corrective and preventive action plans*** * ***May be involved in development and update of PFMEA for new products*** * ***May participate in control plan development*** * ***Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures)*** * ***Examines and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.*** * ***Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.*** * ***Coordinates with customers to identify product specifications and design changes and responds to customer requests.*** * ***Provides information for management recommendations from a technical and technical cost perspective.*** * ***Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.*** * ***Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.*** **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * ***Bachelor´s or Industrial / Mechanical , Electrical Engineering Degree*** * ***Intermediate\-Advanced*** ***English.*** * ***Tools Knowledge: AutoCAD, Solid Works, Macros*** * ***Standard Time, OBC operator balance chart, Tkt.*** * ***Microsoft Office skills.
