Focused on continuous improvement and operational safety. **Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing of display units, furniture, and POP materials seeks:** **"MAINTENANCE MANAGER"** **REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree (MANDATORY)** * **MANDATORY** Minimum of 5 years or more as MAINTENANCE MANAGER (industrial machinery used for metal transformation and processing (metal-mechanical industry mandatory)). * Mechanical maintenance of machines. * Electrical maintenance. * **KNOWLEDGE OF SAFETY AND HYGIENE (MANDATORY)** * Results-oriented * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Adaptability **RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS** * Develop, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery. * Detect mechanical, electrical, or misuse-related machinery failures. * Request purchase of materials and consumables. * Assign work orders to technicians under supervision. * Supervise and/or train technical staff in their tasks. * Participate in machine maintenance and adjustments required for machine operation. * Maintain maintenance logs. * Participate in continuous improvement programs. * Coordinate training strategies for end users to prevent, detect, or correct machinery usage failures. * Install new machinery and verify functionality prior to operation. * Maintain appropriate safety conditions on equipment and machinery to facilitate safe operation. * Support the development of various studies applicable to machine maintenance. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * Receive work orders from area supervisors for machine repair or part fabrication. * Assess machine status to determine required actions (e.g., need for consumables), check warehouse stock availability, and order if necessary (seek immediate solution). * Repair the machine and test it before delivering it to the supervisor as “released.” * Reinspect the repaired machine within 48 hours to avoid new issues. * Obtain signed machine repair record and retain it as evidence. **SKILLS** * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to prepare clear and detailed reports. * Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY APPLY VIA THIS PLATFORM OR THROUGH WHATSAPP AT: 5637912421 TO LIC.
