Supervise general branch operations (sales, warehouse, and customer service). Plan sales strategies and meet commercial targets. Coordinate and supervise inventory, cash counts, and secure product placement. Monitor and improve customer service across all areas. Lead, train, and motivate the work team. Ensure proper use of machinery and protective equipment. Manage purchase orders, shipments, and price updates. Coordinate branch opening, closing, and maintenance. Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
