JOIN US AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE/SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: * Personnel management experience. * Proficiency in Excel (advanced level; a test will be administered). * Conflict resolution capability. * Willingness to relocate to other branches in CDMX. * Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in similar positions. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Authorization of promotions, discounts, free shipments to customers, and credit notes. * Development of strategies to sell low-turnover products, supported by Marketing/Design. * Direct interaction with domestic suppliers. * Release of purchases made by administrative supervisors at each branch. * Procurement and release of special orders for the Italika brand. * Review and analysis of maximum stock levels based on sales and turnover. * Input of maximum and minimum stock levels into procurement and transfer systems. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE DEFINED. * Base monthly salary of $13,000 MXN (pre-tax) + $1,000 MXN monthly food vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms. * Training programs. **Work location: Calle 13 No. 120, Col.
