We are seeking a **Graphic Designer and Copywriter for Internal Communication** Department: Internal Communication / Human Resources Your objective will be to create visually appealing communication materials and clear, effective written messages (copy) aligned with the brand’s identity and tone of voice. Your fundamental purpose is to inform, inspire, and emotionally connect employees with the organization’s strategic goals, values, and culture—serving as a key element in the employee experience. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related creative fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of demonstrable experience in design and/or corporate communication (internal communication). * Portfolio of work. * Copywriting skills. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Demonstrable experience in copywriting and professional writing. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in agile design tools for social media/web (e.g., advanced Canva). **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Conceptualize and design all graphic materials required for internal campaigns—including digital assets (banners, infographics, posts for internal social platforms), printed materials (posters, flyers), executive presentations, and video short-form assets—ensuring consistent visual identity at all times. * Copywriting: draft persuasive, informative, and creative texts for all communication channels. * Management and maintenance of communication channels (intranet, campaign landing pages, digital signage, internal apps, etc.). * Basic audiovisual production. * Ensure that all internal communication materials—both visual and written—strictly and rigorously comply with established guidelines. * Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Marketing departments.
