




**About our group:** -------------------- The Supply Management team for Seagate Systems has responsibilities for critical areas of work including planning, sourcing, organizing, delivering, and managing. The team includes working supply chain managers, NPI managers, procurement managers, purchasing managers, logistics managers and demand planning teams. **About the role \- you will:** ------------------------------- Support the overall factory Supply Chain process from planning to execution which will include: * Inventory movement from external warehouse * SAP acknowledgements to transact purchase receipts, Sales Orders, inventory adjustments, movement of any types of materials * Create report from SAP and export to review weekly to analyze the differences to ensure that we keep inventory balance * Cycle counts weekly * Create Rework orders * Work with Logistic teams both Foxconn and Seagate to ensure deliveries and pick ups * Yearly Physical inventory * Quarterly movement of excess material from CM to outside warehouse * Review of production shortages and NPI shortages * Material allocations with Biz OPS teams * Review of E\&O materials * Work FA returns, for both sites * Escalate material shortages to CMT * Attend Ops /BTF calls * Review expedites fee and track * Help with NPI builds as required along with helping with shortages since being on site will help * PO creating and receiving * Work on Can't buy items **About you:** -------------- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss issues with team members worldwide * Ability to work non\-standard hours to attend calls and meetings with teams in Asia * Prior Supply chain skills a plus **Your experience includes:** ----------------------------- Your experience includes: * Fluent in Spanish and English * Militi tasking * Smart sheet knowledge * Able to Manage more than one project at a time You might also have: * Negotiating Skills * Accounting and budget management * Logistics understanding * Decision\-making * Time management **Location:** ------------- Located in the state of Jalisco, the land of tequila, Guadalajara is widely recognized as the “Mexican Silicon Valley.” The region’s thriving electronics industry generates more than 131,000 jobs and recorded over 17 billion USD in exports in 2024, making Jalisco one of the nation’s leaders in high‑tech manufacturing and innovation.
