You will collaborate closely with the Product Engineer to solve production and quality challenges, streamline processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and efficiency. **Our Team** You will be part of the Global Shared Plants (GSP) division, working alongside cross\-functional partners including Program Managers, Planners, NPI/Process Engineers, and Quality Engineers. Our team is dedicated to fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence within a dynamic manufacturing environment. **What You Will Do** * Partner with Product Engineers to manage and improve product\-related processes, ensuring thorough documentation review and control. * Deliver operator training and capacity\-building sessions to strengthen production capabilities. * Oversee product failure analysis and testing systems to identify and resolve issues effectively. * Facilitate clear and timely technical communication across departments to support seamless operations. * Standardize product documentation and records to support sustainable manufacturing practices. * Support key product initiatives focused on reducing Returned Material Authorizations (RMA), improving First Pass Yield (FPY), and resolving product concerns promptly. * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Currently pursuing or completed a technical career or degree in an Engineering discipline. * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in document preparation and release under controlled conditions. * Proficient in spoken English with strong critical thinking and problem\-solving skills. * Effective teamwork and communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset. * Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Knowledge of Optical Fiber technology or experience working with fiber optic products. * Experience with data analysis tools and continuous improvement methodologies. * Familiarity with production environments that support Industry 4\.0 initiatives.
