This position is responsible for managing the end\-to\-end implementation of new production technologies and processes, including the evaluation, selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and optimization of equipment and production lines. A key focus of this role is to ensure the successful integration of new technologies that align with the company’s strategic goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role also leads cross\-functional teams in process development and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Lead Plants standards and best practices worldwide. In addition to plant\-level responsibilities, the role represents the facility in global and regional forums, contributing to the development, standardization, and deployment of innovative manufacturing solutions across the organization.
