Coordinate internal communication and corporate culture initiatives **LINKEAZI is seeking an HR professional in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes** ------------------------------------------------------- **Industry:** Automotive Manufacturing **Location:** Jesús María, Aguascalientes **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. **Position Overview** --------------------- The HR Supervisor will lead performance management, training, and internal communication initiatives within the plant while supporting the HR Manager in HR operations and compliance with Mexican labor regulations. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Lead and implement performance management and incentive systems. * Manage KPI setting, evaluations, result reviews, and follow\-up actions. * Develop and execute training strategies, onboarding, and employee development programs. * Coordinate internal communication and corporate culture initiatives. * Supervise daily HR activities related to performance, training, and communication. * Support HR policy optimization and ensure compliance with labor law, payroll, and social security regulations. * Act as backup for the HR Manager when required. **Requirements** ---------------- * 8\+ years of HR experience in manufacturing. * Minimum 3 years in an HR Supervisor or similar leadership role. * Strong experience in: + Performance management + Training \& development + Employee communication * Automotive industry experience preferred. * Knowledge of Mexican labor law, payroll, and employment regulations. * Fluent English (written and spoken). * Bachelor's Degree completed. * Experience in foreign\-invested companies is a plus. **Compensation \& Benefits** ---------------------------- * Salary: MXN $40,000–$60,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree — Completed **Desired Experience Level:** Managerial Level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Automotive **Skills:** * HR * Recruitment * Labor Relations *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a079b2c400000400044b4f4\&source\=indeed*
