Schedule and agree upon vacation plans with employees. Receive and process incoming finished goods units for unloading to ensure supply continuity. Maintain and improve inventory accuracy according to established percentage targets. Reduce finished goods (FG) / returned goods (RET) losses and shrinkage by improving handling, inbound, and outbound processes. Innovate and validate that all managed products have optimal expiration dates for distribution. Ensure availability of all required finished goods to support effective sales. Guarantee achievement of the local picking target percentage. Strive to become the top-performing location in BPA metrics through facility audits and walkthroughs. Achieve cardboard reuse objectives. Increase the number of accident-free days within the location. Lead the monthly review of the entire facility.
