




Job Summary: Support departmental activities, manage inventory quality issues, prepare reports, and maintain the 5S concept. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support for departmental activities and the Product Manager 2. Inventory quality management and report preparation 3. Collaboration in the production of technical videos Requirements * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering * 1–2 years of experience as staff * Proficiency in **ASPEL (COI, NOI, SAE)** * Intermediate English **(Mandatory)** * Knowledge of SolidWorks * Proficiency in measurement instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer) Job Responsibilities * Support all departmental activities and/or tasks assigned by the Product Manager. * Facilitate resolution of inventory quality issues as they arise. This involves, in part or in full, sorting inventory, quarantining potentially defective or non-conforming (NG) parts, and communicating with warehouse personnel. * Prepare quality reports and follow up with suppliers until resolution. * Manage and maintain the 5S concept in the office, R&D area, and PD-assigned racks. * Collaborate on scriptwriting and production of technical videos.
