Job Summary: Supervises moving units, manages GPS routes, maintains communication with operators, and coordinates actions in response to incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time monitoring and supervision of units 2. Constant communication and coordination with operators 3. Transportation performance analysis and problem resolution Responsibilities: * Monitor moving units * Supervise routes using GPS monitoring * Maintain constant communication with the operator. * Detect if something is happening at any point of interest and report it. * Identify, determine, and report exactly what is occurring. * Send status reports to clients. * Analyze the performance of each operator. * Coordinate with relevant authorities in case of road incidents or emergencies. * Analyze and diagnose transportation-related problems and resolve them effectively Requirements: * Minimum education: completed high school * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions * Experience in operator support * Problem-solving skills * Proficiency in monitoring and tracking software (preferred) * Excellent organizational and coordination abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are interested and meet the profile, please send a message to 449 101 9197 Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
