* **Education:** Technician or Engineering degree in Automotive Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 32 years in maintenance of fifth-wheel units or heavy fleet, with at least 1 year in a coordination or supervision role. * **Knowledge:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of tractors and trailers. * Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and electronic failures. * Brake systems, suspension, transmission, engine and ABS brakes. * Inventory control and spare parts management. **Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Analytical skills and decision-making ability. * Discipline and focus on safety.
