Main responsibilities include: * Posting job vacancies * Conducting competency-based interviews * Preparing interview reports for selected candidates and transcribing CVs for client presentation * Entering candidate data into SASI’s databases * Tracking candidates throughout the hiring process—including onboarding and offboarding (in cases of unexpected departures) * Managing candidate replacement guarantees Compensation ranges between $800 and $1,000, depending on the profile placed, and is based on the agreed-upon contractual terms with the company. You must be able to issue invoices and be registered with the Mexican Tax Authority (SAT) as a self-employed professional or business owner.
