Ensure achievement of sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. **Branch Supervisor** **Salary: $14,500.00 (MXN) per month, tax-free.** **Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.** **\-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.** **\-Minimum 3 years of experience in retail performance analysis; experience in convenience stores and pharmacies is preferred.** **\-Advertising campaign planning.** **\-Inventory management and rotation.** **\-Coordination and execution of commercial strategies across multiple points of sale.** **Job Description:** Ensure branch growth, profitability, and competitiveness by analyzing commercial performance, evaluating the competitive environment, implementing commercial strategies, executing effective in-store operations, and providing operational leadership over teams. Guarantee attainment of sales targets, proper execution of campaigns, product availability, and a customer service experience aligned with standards defined by General Management. **Responsibilities:** * Commercial analysis and strategy development. * Branch support and follow-up. * Training and mentoring. * Inventory control and process improvement. * Communication and reporting. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Monthly sales growth per branch. * Increase in profitability per branch. * Campaign effectiveness (% growth). * Reduction in stockouts. * Healthy operations at low-performing branches. * Speed of deviation correction and implementation of improvements. **Location: Calvillo Exit, Km 9, 5 minutes from El Cerezo in Aguascalientes (Third Ring). https://maps.app.goo.gl/mFMq7kZ4f4iugDf49\.** Personal transportation required to reach administrative offices. A company vehicle is provided during working hours for travel between branches.
