Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to process and validate all personnel movement and incident data for accurate payroll application, in accordance with established procedures, ensuring timely payment. Additionally, to support and guide employees with questions related to the Human Resources department. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure employees receive their payroll payments on time and accurately. \- Properly manage the hiring and termination processes for personnel. \- Administer life insurance policies, savings fund accounts, food vouchers, and incentive programs. \- Support the onboarding of new employees regarding benefits and compensation. \- Safeguard and manage personnel files.
