




**Education:** Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration. **Experience in:** Handling of BMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), handling of PEPs (Preventive Emergency Plans), inventory management, operational personnel, product scanning. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage product inflows and outflows Validate daily inventories Coordinate shipments and loading/unloading operations Supervise, plan, direct, and control procurement-related operational activities Supervise and validate product receipt Validate product and storage chamber temperatures Supervise and coordinate the shipping process Validate losses and write-offs Ensure all warehouse operations and activities comply with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices standards. Coordinate warehouse personnel (supervisors and warehouse assistants) Follow up on internal and external audits **Work Location:** Central de Abastos, Iztapalapa, Mexico City **Working Hours:** 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Salary:** $20,000.00 to $25,000.00 Statutory benefits **Additional Benefits:** 13% savings fund, grocery vouchers, punctuality bonus.
