**Education:** Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Administration. **Experience in:** Handling of BMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), handling of PEPs (Preventive Emergency Plans), inventory management, operational personnel, product scanning. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage product inflows and outflows Validate daily inventories Coordinate shipments and loading/unloading operations Supervise, plan, direct, and control procurement-related operational activities Supervise and validate product receipt Validate product and storage chamber temperatures Supervise and coordinate the shipping process Validate losses and write-offs Ensure all warehouse operations and activities comply with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
