**Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (a postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Management is a plus). * English proficiency at B1 level. * Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, including 3 years in senior supervisory roles. * Knowledge of contract management, negotiation, budgeting, and metrics. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily procurement, inventory, and warehouse activities. * Negotiate prices and terms with domestic and international suppliers. * Ensure compliance with financial policies, HSSE standards, and Mexican regulations (NOMs, Federal Labor Law). * Implement continuous improvement strategies and departmental KPIs. * Manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships. * Promote a performance-driven culture and staff development.
