Being part of a company that recognizes effort Payroll Assistant **Location:** Azcapotzalco, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM Who Are We? Organized, responsible individuals with payroll experience who wish to grow and contribute value to our team. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * 1 year of payroll experience (minimum 100 employees) * Proficiency in CONTPAQ and ASPEL software, as well as SUA / IDSE platforms * Basic knowledge of labor and tax legislation * Attention to detail, teamwork, and handling of confidential information Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and review of payrolls (weekly, biweekly, monthly) * Incident management: vacations, disabilities, overtime, etc. * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) * Preparation of severance agreements (finiquitos) * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in systems * Generation of reports and documentation archiving * Compliance with tax and labor obligations We Offer: * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability and professional development opportunities **Interested?** Apply today and join a company that recognizes your effort and supports your growth.
