**REPUTABLE TECHNOLOGY COMPANY SEEKING THE FOLLOWING DUE TO BUSINESS GROWTH:** **PAYROLL ANALYST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree or current candidate in Accounting or Business Administration (LAE) * Minimum age: 28 years * **Experience managing payroll for over 500 employees; retail industry experience preferred** * Must reside no more than 1 hour and 20 minutes from the workplace **Desired experience of at least 2 years in:** * Payroll processing (regular and special payrolls) * Management of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and INFONACOT * Tracking and administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, medical leaves, completion of ST-7 forms, and IMSS procedures * Knowledge of variable compensation calculations is desirable * Vacation tracking and administration * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Note: Candidates will be required to take a knowledge assessment and an Excel test** **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 MXN (commensurate with experience) * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:20 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 8:20 AM to 3:00 PM; weekends off * Statutory benefits effective from the first day of employment * Grocery vouchers * Positive work environment **Interested candidates must apply through this platform.
