




Position Summary: HR professional with experience in personnel file management, payroll, recruitment, workplace climate, training, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of personnel files for current and former employees. 2. Weekly payroll calculation and control, ensuring regulatory compliance. 3. Development of strategies to improve workplace climate and continuous training. * Proper management, control, and safeguarding of personnel files for current and former employees. (Including vacation records, payroll receipts, vacation entitlements, and year-end bonus) * Daily monitoring and control of employee attendance incidents * Weekly payroll calculation and control * Management and follow-up of recruitment and selection processes to fill vacancies * Implementation and monitoring of company-established rules, policies, and regulations for conflict resolution * Ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT * Managing and improving the organization’s workplace climate through strengthening strategies * Development and follow-up of continuous training programs for employee growth * Management of employee separations * Application of applicable occupational safety and hygiene regulations * Development of departmental procedures, records, and manuals Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
