Recording and control of accounting transactions **Objective**: Provide administrative and tax accounting support to the Administrative Coordinator, ensuring the proper functioning of administrative and financial activities, contributing to the optimization of internal processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Knowledge and experience using SAT, IMSS, and Infonavit websites. * Knowledge and experience using applications such as SUA, IDSE, CERTIFICA, DIOT, among others. * Basic knowledge of data entry and management of **CONTPAQi** for accounting and payroll. **Responsibilities:** * Recording and control of accounting transactions (revenues, expenses, and provisions). * Support in filing tax returns with SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and state taxes. * Control and tracking of revenues and expenses. * Support in preparing financial reports. * General administrative management and support in internal procedures. * Support in personnel-related IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, and incidents). * Support in invoicing processes and correct tax verification. * Supplier follow-up and support in procurement processes. * Organization and safekeeping of tax and administrative documentation. **Benefits:** * **$11,000** **net** per month * Statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM **Location:** Villas del Molino neighborhood, Jesús María, Ags.
