Job Summary: This role supervises and coordinates industrial security and asset protection activities, ensuring compliance with protocols and risk prevention across the plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises the unloading of hazardous materials and tank maintenance. 2. Monitors hot work, work at height, and safe chemical usage. 3. Responds to emergencies and trains safety response teams. Security Technician **Location(s):** A1 \| Ags, Ags. **Work Schedule and Modality:** Full-time on-site **Education Requirement:** High School Diploma **A Day in the Life of This Role:** * Supervise the **unloading of hazardous materials**, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. * Inspect **tank filling and maintenance, cylinders, and gasoline/LPG orders**, preventing errors in plant motor vehicles. * Monitor the execution of **hot work, work at height, confined space entry, and chemical usage**, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. * Coordinate **engineering changes (running, minor, and full change)** across all plant areas for successful process adoption. * Respond to emergencies caused by natural phenomena, leaks, spills, fires, environmental incidents, and medical emergencies—timely risk control. * Train and develop **emergency response teams**, keeping personnel up to date. * Conduct **surveillance and asset protection activities**, validating access for internal and external personnel. * Execute and verify that processes comply with standards for **quality, safety, health, and environment**. * Conduct **internal FPES and SERI audits** to prevent fire risks. * Perform **monthly fire extinguisher inspections** to ensure validity. **Who We Are Looking For:** **Mandatory:** * Education: Completed **high school diploma**. * Experience in **industrial security, asset protection, or plant operations**. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple departments. * Proactive, responsible attitude focused on risk prevention. * Availability to respond to emergencies and participate in ongoing training. **What to Expect at Nissan:** **Professional Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities:** Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental mobility, and innovative learning platforms.
