Coordination with clients, suppliers, and customs agents A growing and expanding freight forwarder company is seeking an Operations Executive with experience in International Transportation (air, ocean, and land freight). Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Commercial Relations, International Business, or related field. • Knowledge of transportation, distribution, and logistics within the supply chain. • Knowledge of multimodal transportation services (air, ocean, and land) for import and export. • Knowledge of customs declarations, INCOTERMS, Customs Law, and Foreign Trade Regulations. • Customer service orientation. • Excellent presentation skills and verbal communication ability. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Proactivity and desire for growth. • English (conversational). • Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Responsibilities: • Management and tracking of import and export customs clearance. • Monitoring of logistics operations and case files. • Coordination with clients, suppliers, and customs agents. • INCOTERMS and domestic/international logistics processes. • Customer service.
