Learn more at www.averydennison.com **Job Description** MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Perform preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, and equipment installation services. Responsibilities: * Provide on\-site maintenance support to ensure proper operation of machinery and utilities during production shifts. * Execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance work orders efficiently and effectively on industrial electromechanical equipment (mechanical, electrical, welding, repair). * Conduct maintenance inspections and report findings via the maintenance platform. * Comply with all applicable company policies and safety, quality, and control systems. * Manage and maintain spare parts inventory for machinery. * Train operational staff on proper handling of resources and equipment. * Support data collection processes to generate departmental reports. * Provide technical maintenance support to the production plant to ensure proper operation of machinery and utilities during production shifts. * Specialist in mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery (shafts and mechanical transmissions including gears, chains, and belts). * Preferred proficiency in arc welding. * Passionate about quality and excellence in preventive and corrective machinery repairs. * Proficiency in diagnostic tools such as multimeters, stethoscopes, and thermography. **Qualifications** Knowledge and skills: * Teamwork * Strong communication skills * Minimum two years’ experience in the manufacturing industry performing maintenance and predictive activities on production equipment. * Electrical diagrams, motor inspection, electrical panels, pipe assembly, use of electrical measurement equipment, interpretation of diagrams and technical drawings. * Prior knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and electricity. * Education: Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics. * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends.
