Job Summary: Responsible for supervising, organizing, and optimizing distribution operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of shipments. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance Responsible for supervising, organizing, and optimizing distribution operations, ensuring efficient and timely shipment delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organize personnel. • Ensure adherence to scheduled working hours and breaks. • Attend the initial daily operations meeting. • Audit and ensure compliance with processes and LH receipt and unloading operations. • Guarantee that delivery processes and fuel card handling are carried out optimally. • Resolve any doubts or issues arising during operations. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Schedule and resolve tasks performed by warehouse service staff, quality control, and package security. • Ensure compliance with regulations. • Implement the continuous improvement system. • Manage petty cash and prepare reimbursement reports, ensuring compliance with expense policy. • Audit package forms and routes completed. • Carry out the weekly payroll process according to punctuality and attendance procedures. • Handle operational and administrative matters. • Work with a positive attitude KNOWLEDGE: • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. • File management. • Process control and auditing. • Petty cash management. • Knowledge of fuel forms, routes completed, and operation closure.
