




Job Summary: This role involves planning sampling activities, resolving operational issues, reporting deviations, ensuring laboratory equipment functionality, managing supplies, coordinating information flow, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Problem resolution to meet customer needs. 2. Ensuring optimal operating conditions for laboratory equipment. 3. Active participation in the Food Safety Team (HACCP). • Plan sampling activities based on shop-floor instructions or directives from the immediate supervisor. • Within the scope of responsibilities, resolve issues arising in support of meeting customer needs. • Report deviations and failures detected in the assigned area or within the defined scope of responsibility. • Ensure proper operating conditions for laboratory equipment. • Maintain control over supplies and proactively report potential shortages. • Coordinate information delivery to Quality and Management. • Prepare shift reports. • Create necessary reports for the proper functioning of the assigned area. • Participate in data analysis to implement corrective and/or preventive actions or improvement initiatives. • Be a member of the Food Safety Team (HACCP). • Properly apply documents mandated by the Management System, consistent with the scope of the position. • Notify the Process Coordinator and QHSE Management System Coordinator regarding document updates or new document requirements. • Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
