Provide and manage user profiles enabling the implementation of required services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintenance of computer equipment * Advanced proficiency in operating systems * Installation and configuration of networks * Handling user requests and helpdesk support * Implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance * Management of information backup procedures * Inventory and control of hardware and software * IMPORTANT: Knowledge of structured cabling and CCTV installation.
