Implement talent attraction plans and programs, ensuring that policies, procedures, and initiatives align with the organization’s overall strategic objectives. **What will you do?** * Participate in departmental projects and/or events related to Talent Acquisition. * Support the identification of effective recruitment sources. * Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and through different internal communication channels. * Carry out the recruitment and selection process for administrative staff, adhering to company-established guidelines. * Coordinate interviews and psychometric assessments. * Manage communication with candidates throughout the entire selection process. * Support motivational programs and social and cultural activities organized by Human Resources. * Provide employee support services, responding to employee inquiries and concerns. * Update personnel files and information in the Tress System. * Guide new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
