Opportunity to become a fundamental part of a growing company **About the Company** If you want to join the Mexican company with over 40 years of experience dedicated to manufacturing *Industrial Racks*, with presence across Latin America. **This opportunity is for you!** **About the Opportunity** They are looking for their next **General Helper**, who will be responsible for supporting cleaning, material handling, and stacking of finished products, according to the operational needs of the area. **How will you achieve this?** The main responsibilities will be: * Loading and unloading products for placement in designated locations. * Stacking of finished products. * Supporting maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements:** * **Reside in Jalisco and have no issues commuting to the work location.** * Minimum Education: **Completed secondary school (verifiable).** * Experience: **Minimum 6 months** in **warehouse environments.** * **No physical limitations.** * Experience operating hydraulic pallet jacks and/or forklifts. (*A plus)* * Full documentation: **Birth Certificate, INE (National Identity Card), Proof of Address (not older than 3 months), CURP, RFC, Academic Certificate, Social Security Number, Afore account (if applicable), Infonavit payroll deduction slip (if applicable).** **You are the person we are looking for if...** * You have previously performed physically demanding tasks such as loading/unloading, transporting **heavy products**, etc., or have no issue doing so. * **No physical limitations.** * You have no issue rotating shifts (2 available) every 15 days. **What the company offers you** * **Gross monthly salary:** commensurate with knowledge and experience. * Monthly bonus: for punctuality and attendance. * **Pay Period:** Weekly. * **Employment Type:** Direct employment with the company. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. \| and 2:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. * **Location “El Salto \- Jalisco”:** Guadalajara–El Castillo Highway, Km 11, Lot 4, Block 3, El Salto Industrial Park, ZIP Code 45680, El Salto, Jalisco. **Statutory Benefits and Additional Perks** * IMSS coverage and 100% contribution. * 12 vacation days starting from the 1st year. * 25% vacation bonus. * 15-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers: $1,050\. * Savings fund: 8%. * Subsidized cafeteria: $22 per day. * Free transportation. * Work modality: On-site. * Job stability. **If you want to become a fundamental part of the company transforming Mexico and the world, this position is for you.
