FUNCTIONS Support continuous improvement in machinery, new projects, or modifications to the production process. Monitor and resolve equipment failures to ensure optimal operating conditions. Maintain service equipment—including compressors, cooling systems, and water pumping systems—in proper working condition. Shift technicians are responsible for addressing any mechanical or electrical failures within their scope of expertise. Report completed services and highlight any pending items for follow-up and resolution. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. EDUCATION Electromechanical technician diploma or related field.
