A Mexican company with over 65 years of experience is seeking an **Electromechanical Technician** for its plant in Pesquería, dedicated to the production of stretch film (stretch wrapping). We are looking for a responsible individual to perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on electrical and mechanical machinery and equipment, ensuring their proper operation and the plant’s continuous operational performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in production machinery and equipment. * Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. * Adjust and calibrate machinery to optimize performance. * Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment. * Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area. **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Electricity (or related field). * Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. * Knowledge of electric motors, variable frequency drives, basic PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Analytical ability, teamwork skills, and attention to detail. * Availability to rotate 8-hour shifts. **We Offer:** * Job stability and opportunities for professional development. * Grocery vouchers. * On-site cafeteria. * Uniforms. * Retention bonuses. * Savings fund. * Transportation: Pesquería–Marín.
